Bowling History
I bowled 10 years of YBC and then into my adult life until around 2014 where I injured my back and no longer was able to bowl. I enjoyed the competitive side of bowling as a youth and received many medals but was not fortunate enough to make it to Nationals. I have bowled Rising Star and have received 2 gold (both in the same year. 1 for the team and 1 for singles) 1 Silver and 1 Bronze.
My high game is a 388, which I have bowled twice.
I started coaching right out of YBC and still do some when needed. My most memorable coaching moment was being able to coach my daughter Taelar (and her doubles partner) at the 2022 YBC Nationals in Oshawa where we earned a Silver medal.
Personal History
I am proud mother of 2 wonderful children. My son Riley (25) started bowling at the age of 2 and continued through the whole program. My daughter Taelar (15) also started at the age of 2 and is still bowling YBC and just moved up to Seniors this year.
I have been married for 17 years and I have worked for The Co-Operators for the past 23 years. When I am not found at the bowling alley I like to go to Rider games and family time either at home or at the lake.
