Bowling History
I have bowled for approximately 13 years and competitively for about 8 years.
I've played in 3 national events with one bronze medal.
I've also made numerous cuts at many different cash tournaments across the country, including the Regina Classic 4 times, having tied for 3rd as my best finish.
I qualified and played in the WCBT tour finals in 2020.
I also coach YBC, and am a certified competitive coach.
Some of my high scores include a high single of 420, high triple of 1037, high 8 game set of 2327 and high 10 game set of 2907.
Above all, my greatest accomplishment and memories come from people I've met and friendships I've made within the bowling community in Regina and across the country.
Personal History
I am a proud father of my daughter Alyssa(Aly) and she has also enjoyed bowling in YBC for the past 7 years.
We LOVE going to movies, skiing and going on road trips together.
For the majority of the year I spend my days running my business (Backyard Escapes). I specialize in landscape design, consultation and construction, creating people's dream yards for them.
In the deep winter months, I enjoy travelling when I can, volunteering my time and hope to go back to school to improve my business background in the near future.
Some of my other hobbies include curling, lawn bowling, and carpentry.
Fun Fact
In 2018, I took Aly to see Taylor Swift in Minneapolis. Having her dream of meeting Taylor, she insisted we BOTH dress up in Taylor Swift costumes at the concert to maximize these chances. Following through with this plan, she was very happy to be able to meet Taylor's mom, but that was as far as we got. To this day she still says this was the best experience of her life. For me, well, dressing up as Taylor in front of 80,000 people was memorable to say the least.
